Problem

Integrating with another software offers many complexities as existing workflows are challenged and a new user base is introduced

Solution

Workflows such as sign-up, billing, and placing an order were identified and customized to be frictionless by prioritizing important information and presenting immediate value.

Summary

Beginning with sign-up,  the integration process was looked at holistically to ensure every touchpoint was seamless:

  • The full product of Docketly was scaled down to a Clio user's essential functions to fit the limited development time constraint.

  • Sign-up was explored from both ends to ensure any entry point offered a parallel onboard experience.

  • The customized onboarding allowed us to integrate payment and account set up seamlessly.
